Hi,

I am currently on L2 EAD. I would like to know the process for L2 EAD to H1b change of status. How long does it take for the COS? Can I continue to work on EAD until H1b gets approved?

BTW, I got a job offer and would like to know the details before I ask for a H1b with the new employer.
