Employer change with I140 approved

I am planning to transfer to company B. I have an approved I140 with Company A.

Can anyone respond if I need to provide the I140 approval copy while company B is applying for H1 in order to get 3 yr H1? (I am not sure if company A is ready to provide me the I140 copy)

And, Is there any time period that I have to stay with company A after I get I140 approval?

I greatly appreciate responses for these qns.

Per my knowledge that is gathered from this and other forum you may not need any evidence for applying new H1 with the new employer. There is not requirement of time for getting 3 years extension. Only clause that gives you 3 year extension is, you have I140 approved and your PD is not current. It does not matter who filed you I140 also. You can talk to your new employer attorney if they would need any evidence of I140 approval. I guess receipt no would be good enough.
