DS-160 Question

I have following q's on DS-160

1) My exisitng employer company changed name recently. Although petition has old name, and I am wondering what name should i use in DS-160 form- Name on the petiion or new existing name? paychecks, business cards, employer letter head has new name.

2) Job title: Petition says Staff accountant and last yr I was promoted to Senior. What should I write in DS-160 as job title? Staff or Senior?
