question about 140/485 Concurrent Filing

Hi ,

Iam currently on H1B , thinking to initiate 140/485 Concurrent Filing.

i just want to know, can i go for concurrent processing being an Indian Citizen.

Just want to confirm as i read somewhere that India and China are excluded from filing 140/485 Concurrently.

Dejavu all over again (i.e. please read the conference before asking, as this question has been beaten to death... and then some).

No, Indians and Chinese are not excluded from filing concurrently. However, only those who's PD is current may file I-485, and thus they are the only ones being able to file concurrently, regardless of the nationality. If were born in India (not just a citizen), you would need to be in EB1 for the PD to be current.
