I-485 for spouse (Follow-To-Join)

Hi gurus,

My PD becomes current starting today (oct 1st)

My wife is currently on F1 and is not part of my GC application. I m planning to file for her I-485 without going through lawyer

I m planning to send her package by Monday. I m sending these docs:

1. I-485

2. G-325A

3. I-765

4. I-131

5. I-693

6. Marriage certificate

7. Birth Certificate & affidavit

8. Copy of Passport, I-94, I-20 etc

9. Copy of My passport

10. Copy of My I-140 approval and I-485 application received notice

11. personal check for $1070 and 6 photos

Does anyone see anything missing from this list of docs? Also which location should I be sending Her package? Should it be the same service center my case is pending or different?

My case is currently pending at Nebraska (My case number starts with LIN)

Any immediate response on this matter is highly appreciated.

Why a copy of your passport?

I would include an EVL from your job.

Additionally I included following documents

* Last Year Tax return document

* Latest 2 Pay Stubs

* Original Emoployement Verification Letter

* Original Bank A/C info letter

Just read the instructions carefully and take them for what they are (i.e. don't read more into them than what's written).
