kdzephyr Posted September 30, 2011 Report Share Posted September 30, 2011 Hi, I am a H1B holder for the past 4 years. My petition was renewed 1 year ago, however I did not go for stamping yet. When my petition was renewed I was in New York. Currently I am in Dallas. My question is, if I go outside the country for stamping, do I need to have my H1B ammended to the Dallas address or updating the LCA will suffice? I am a contractor and have paystubs for the last 4 years along with the required client letter from the current assignment. Any guidance is much appreciated. Regards Link to comment
