Chaitali_ankhi Posted September 30, 2011 Report Posted September 30, 2011 Hi, I applied H4 for my wife in April and later in May she applied for H1. Her H1 got approved in Sept but her H4 did not get approved. I decided to withdraw her H4 after Oct1st so that her H1 is active. All of a sudden two days back I got a RFE on her H4 after nearly 6 months. Now can I still go ahead and withdraw her H4 on Oct 1st or should I answer the RFE and withdraw it? What should be my course of action.
