Hello All,

Below are points, please look at them and advise your valuable suggestion

-> Arrived USA on H4 visa on June 2010.

-> Applied for H1 and got Approved starting Feb 2011.

-> Did not work due to medical issues and was on leave till date on job.

Question1: What is the current status H1 or H4 ( as some attorney told if H1 is unused then u remain in the old status).

Question 2: Can the person go back to H4 again?

I would be really thankful for your valuable response as we are worried a lot.
