March2008 Posted September 29, 2011 Report Posted September 29, 2011 Hello everyone, I am currently working for Employer A who has done my PERM and I140 on EB3. Now i have a new Employer B who has a job offer for me which qualifies for EB2 (my education, experience too fits for EB2). Ideally i would like to take that offer and start my GC on EB2 and port my EB3 priority dates. If at all Employer A revokes my I140, at what point of my new EB2 GC process would this effect (for porting dates). Is it like Employer A should not revoke until Employer B files I40 or until new Labor approved or ,..? What are the risks? Need your advice. Thank you.
