My company is not able to find project for me at a preferred location after 30th Sep. Question is can I stay in US on loss of pay until my L1 is approved and then COS to H4? Is LOP on L1 legal? Is there any other way I can pull on for 3 or 4 weeks in US till I get my approval? Link to comment
