servlet
Hi, My H1B expires next month on the 14th (7/14/2011) and my attorney got my H1b extended for another 3 years from 7/15/2011 through 7/14/2014. Let's say her original I-94 is 123456789 12. In the new approval what I see is 123456789 14. The last digit in the approval has changed. When I filled out a questionnaire sent to me by my attorney, it was my mistake where I entered the incorrect last digit. What can I do now? Can she be here legally after 7/14 or she got to leave the country, get her H1B stamped and come back on her new H1B and I-94? Please advise and I am left with a month to react to this. Thanks, Aravind Link to comment
