Satishp Posted September 28, 2011 Report Posted September 28, 2011 Hi, I attended visa interview at hyderabad location on sept21st. Got 221g blue slip with sent to revocation written on it. I was told that my employer dosent has direct control over the employee. VO took client Letter,I129,LCA,I797C . After going through the few other forums,I learnt that this is a serious issue .Please let me know if anyone has gone through same situation and had successfully done with visa stamping.
AxialTilt Posted September 29, 2011 Report Posted September 29, 2011 @freaking221g, sorry to hear that, but urs is very straightforward, he already mentioned that it is going to be sent for revocation in your case. So no chance of getting it stamped. Look for other options.
