Satishp Posted September 28, 2011 Report Share Posted September 28, 2011 Hi, I attended visa interview at hyderabad location on sept21st. Got 221g blue slip with sent to revocation written on it. I was told that my employer dosent has direct control over the employee. VO took client Letter,I129,LCA,I797C . After going through the few other forums,I learnt that this is a serious issue .Please let me know if anyone has gone through same situation and had successfully done with visa stamping.
