EAD - Can I change more than one employer on EAD?

My GC was filed by company "Z" under EB3 category and my priority date is May 2007. I have approved I-140, a valid EAD and my I-485 is pending. Recently I joined a full-time permanent position with company "X" on EAD. It's been less than a month since I joined this new company "X" on EAD. This company so far has not filed for AC-21 yet.

I received another better offer from company "Y". Company "Y" has agreed to convert my category from EB3 to EB2.

My concerns are:

1) Can I leave company "X" and join company "Y" on EAD?

2) Is there any limit as to how many employers can be changed on EAD?

3) Will there be any issue in my approval of I-485 after I join company "Y" since I was on a very short duration with company "X"?

4) Does company "X" need to file for AC-21 before I leave this company?

5) What documents do I need from company "X" in case I decide to join company "Y"?

Please advise.

yes, you can leave company X and join company Y on EAD.

there's no limit on how many times you change employer, you can even stop working while I-485 is pending.

there shouldn't be any issue moving to company Y.

you are leaving company X soon, you should have applied earlier (when you started with company X). some people doesn't even apply AC21 at all until PD is current.
