varunit Posted September 27, 2011 Report Posted September 27, 2011 Hi All, I am in L2. I am working on L2 EAD. My husband is going to start his work with new employer starting 01-Oct-2011. My Employer also filed H1b PP and recieved the reciept too. L2 - 01-Mar-2012 L2 EAD - 01-Mar-2012 I94 - 01-Mar-2012 My Questions: 1, Can i stay and work in US after 30-Sep-2011 as i have valid I94 and EAD.
