itsshanks Posted January 13, 2012 Report Share Posted January 13, 2012 VAtiger - what was the nature of RFE? My I-140 was received by USCIS on 01/06/12 in PP and the attorney received RFE 4 days after. USCIS asked for copy of my degree which attorney's office missed to submit with I-140 though did with original labor (really!!). I am still waiting on the final decision but after knowing the nature of RFE, I am less worried. Ask your employer/attorney about the RFE and it may be just a clerical mistake and hopefully not so big. Link to comment
