Outside US, PD will be current in October

I am currently out side of US and my PD will be current according to the recent October bulletin.

Would I be OK if I come back to US before the first day of October? Any possible complications?

With the plenty of detail on your case that you provided, I can honestly give you no advice whatsoever.

If you are on AP, you will be enter on AP.

But if you are planning to enter on H1, there might be some issue because if your I485 is approved when you are out then your H1 gets automatically cancelled.

The fact that the PD will be current in October does not impact eligibility to return to the US before October.

Whether or not there are any concerns about this travel is another question. That depends upon status issues and whether there are appropriate travel documents etc.

I have a valid AP, I just wanted to clarify that PDs covered on October'11 bulletin will be current only from 1st October and not before (date of release of the bulletin).

Also, would it impact my travel plans to US in the last week of September'11

If the PD is current as of October 1, the case can not be properly approved prior to that date. September travel on AP should be fine, if everything else is in order.
