Hello,

My employer posted a job requirement for my EB2. The adv says like below for education. REQ'D: Bach Degree or equiv combo degrees in Computer Information Systems or related with 5 yrs exp in the field.

My concern is it says "or 5 yrs exp" should it say "and"

I think you are fine. From what I understand, your employer is seeking a BS degree with 5 years of experience. The keyword being with.

For EB2 the advertisement should state bachelors plus five not bachelors or five.

If the employer requires a combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience, USCIS will most likely only approve the I-140 petition in the EB3 skilled worker category since USCIS will only accept a single-source degree to be equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor's degree.
