Noel1975 Posted August 23, 2011 Report Share Posted August 23, 2011 Hi All, I have applied for a Premium H1 and received a Acceptance on my receipt number on Aug 19th 2011 and since then the status has remained in Acceptance. Is there anyone else in the same situation as me around these dates. Please respond with dates and status, comments and advice Link to comment

Opt end date May 31,2011 Applied H1 on June 1,2011.Regular Vermont Receipt Notice June 3,2011 Got Cap Gap I20 after submitting the receipt notice to college on June 6, 2011 till sept 30,2011. Waited for 2 months then upgraded to premium on August 16,2011. Got approval on August 19,2011. Got approval in 3 days for 3 years after upgrading to PP. Link to comment

USvisas Posted September 9, 2011 Report Share Posted September 9, 2011 Hi aspire_h1b, did you see your last updated date or the status change on the USCIS site after the case was upgraded to premium? My case was upgraded on 08/29, and received by USCIS on 8/30 (as per Fedex tracking), yet there has been no update on the site. I was expecting at least the 'Last Updated' date to change after they received the upgrade. Link to comment

The status changed from 'Initial Review' yesterday to 'Acceptance' today. Post your status too over here. Link to comment
