I 94 Expiring just after 3 months of marriage.

Gurus,

I have my I 94 expiring in APR 2012 and i am getting married in DEC 2011 will be in INDIA.

Below are the questions i have based on my situation.

1) Will there be any issues in TRAVEL if i have 3 months left in my I 94.

2) Will there be any impact on my spouse H4 (dependent VISA)and TRAVEL being only 3 months left in my I 94.

Please advice.
