My I-140 which has been approved in 2006 has now got a NOIR from TSC asking to prove employer employee relationship. I was wondering since technically the green card is for future employment does this make any sense? I can understand for H1, but even for I-140? If any of you guys have faced a similar problem can you tell me how you guys dealt with it? Link to comment
