H-1B Visa Transfer to multiple employers

Hi,

I have started the transfer process in normal processing from Employer A to Employer B. Currently, on the payroll of Employer B, Based on the recipt number.

1.)

Can I apply for transfer of H-1B to Employer C, before I get the approval for transfer petition from A to B

2).

If Yes, Which paystubs will I need to provide for transfer, to Employer B-C ? As, I dont have the Approval notice for transfer from A-B.

3).

As, I do have the approval, can I use the I-797 Approval form from Employer -A and Recipt number from Employer-B.

1) Yes you can

2) The most recent pay stubs. If possible try to give the pay stubs from the same employer to avoid confusion. Approval for A-B is not needed. Receipt notice is fine.

3) Yes, you need to submit a copy for the 797 for employer A and receipt notice for Employer B whenever you apply for transfer to employer C.
