rohit1979 Posted July 14, 2011 Report Share Posted July 14, 2011 Hi i have filed my GC through company "A" in EB2 and i got the 140 approval and EAD and AP in 2007 with that company. in 2009 i changed to company "B" and in mid of 2010 i changed to Company "C".and now from 2011 april im with company "D". For company B,C,D i worked on their W2. will this have any impact on my 485 approval. may be my PD will become current in next bulletin.so curious will i be having a hard time getting my 485 approval Link to comment
