securedfirewall Posted June 8, 2011 Report Posted June 8, 2011 My perm got approved recently and now my Law firm says PERM was incorrect, therefore, the law firm will restart the recruitment campaign. Law firm says that my perm application and Ads posted for my position didn’t includes the travel requirements and PERM has been applied with one of my company address is close to my home, however my office location is home (bcz I work from home20% and travel 80%) and no need to go to the office at all. I have done some Google regarding the travel requirement for PERM and found more cases getting PERM application denial for the same reason and not 140 /485. Since my PERM got approved and Green card is for future employment, I’m wondering whether to go ahead with the Premium I-140 process using the current PERM application. Instead of redo my PERM all over again, will do the rest of the process (I-140 and 485) as advertised. In this way will know I-140 results in one or two months. Please advice and share your thoughts on the same.
