Is it okay to move while the I-140 is still pending? Also, although I can only file for 3 yesr extension only in December, can I request the extension in October while transfering my H1-B to the new company?

Truestar Posted September 15, 2011 Report Posted September 15, 2011 Attorney Says I-140 application got delivered at USCIS on August 30, 2011. It was a premium application. Didn't even receive a Receipt Notice, I am worried, did any one face the same?
Truestar Posted September 26, 2011 Report Posted September 26, 2011 After recent conversation, attorney replied that, Premium Processing Check got returned to their office by Nebraska processing center and my I-140 application is sent to Texas. My work location is in California and attorney sent my application to Nebraska. My attorney is saying that she will file a premium processing once she receives a receipt notice from Texas. Did anyone face this?
