Will Min Job Req of MS+0/BS+5 be under EB2?

Hi,

I have my BS from India and Master's in CS from US. My Employer have set MS+0/BS+5 as minimum Job requirement. Will this satisfy both Department of Labor and USCIS criteria for EB2? I heard from others both DOL and USCIS interpret job requirement differently and hence want to confirm whether it will satisfy EB2 criteria.

we wouldnt know how they interpret it...but this looks fine i think.

Yes, you're fine for EB2 with this criteria. USCIS decides the category in I-140 approval & MS + 0 or BS + 5 is totally fine with USCIS for EB2.
