F2/H4 - F1

Hi,

I am on CAP GAP OPT visa currently.But have got H4 visa and H1B visa approval notice for me and my husband that would start on Oct 1st 2011.

This approval notice is from earlier employer and the new employer has also initiated the H1B and H4 visa based on earlier notice.

No H1B or H4 visa stamps yet only approval notice.

2 QUESTIONS:

1) I am planning to start my education through community college.

Will i be able to start my courses this fall ie Aug 2011 on H4 visa as my H4 actually start from Oct 2011?

2) To enter Job market after my graduation will it be better to start my study on F1 itself instead of H4??
