In simple terms, is the ff. correct? 75 days before filing ETA 9089 - PWD, job order, recruitment steps like job fair, mandatory steps like Sunday ads 45th day - notice of filing to be posted for 10 business days or approximately 15 calendar days 30th day up - no activity till filing of ETA 9089 on zero day
