Can I enter USA with Valid Visa petition but H1-B visa stamping I-94

Hi all

We were going to cruise ship travel to Mexico in 2 weeks ; We have valid H1-B Visa petition(till 2014) but expired H1-B visa stamping & I-94.

I think we might have problem entering USA, how to address this problem?

Any help in this matter is very much appreciated.

You should have stamping as well to enter back smoothly.

To enter in US, One HAS TO HAVE VALID VISA STAMP ON HIS/HER PASSPORT. Doesn't matter you've valid petition which expires in 2014, if you do not have valid visa stamp on passport, at POE custom officer will not allow you to enter US.

google what is Visa, you'll find that you've to be in US BEFORE END DATE OF STAMP VISA ON PASSPORT.

Your options: get new visa stamp from Maxico.
