sujithottan Posted June 24, 2011 Report Posted June 24, 2011 Hi, My wife has an H4 now valid till September 2011 in the name of my previous company X. I transferred my H1 to a new company Y on January 2011. now my H1 has validity till 2013. When i was transferring my H1 to a new company Y, my wife was in India , so i didn't file H4 for her. Now she is planning to come to US in next month for 2 month. Is it OK travel with old H4 (old company X name is appearing in her H4)? if 'Yes', in case the old company cancelled my H1, will it be problem ? my wife is working in India, so she doesn't have much time to do stamping and all again .. appreciate your help Thank you in advance
