Date for MTR changed to Jan 2009. Anyone reecived responses for Dec 2008 or Jan 2009 yet..

DOL has updated the website and as of Nov 1st 2011, MTR has moved significantly to Sep 2009 (which is still atleast 2 years of backlog).

Just wanted to check whether somebody got their responses on the MTR.

Another question that I had is regarding CO forwarding the appeal to BALCA.

Is there anyway to know whether appeal was forwarded to BALCA by looking at the http://www.oalj.dol.gov/

Would appreciate your response.

MTR = Mar 2011

tangowest,I was able to look up my case details on http://www.oalj.dol.gov/

using my first name.My case is denied after re appeal .The decision came on Oct 21 2011.The reason,My employer didn't include the geographic location of the job which was mandatory in the ETA form.I guess i have to file another PERM now.

Not received any updates though DOL says Sept-2009 for MTR priority date.
