My pd is Aug 7, 2006, EB2 India Nsc.

Spouse is July 17, 2003 Eb3 India TSC

Got married after filing 485.

Spouse was stuck in security checks for years but now all is clear, He works on EAD.

Now,

how should I add him as a derivative so that it is safe, quick ?

1) Should a new 485 be filed in nsc for him ?

2) Should I send a copy of I 140 and marriage certificate to tsc requesting them to approve the case ?

Your spouse needs to call the USCIS and create a service request to interfile his I-485 case as a derivative of yours (that would be change of eligibility). That would likely be the quickest way. If your spouse files another I-485, a new namecheck will most likely have to be done.
