My New H1B effective from Oct 1st

Hi ,

I would max-out my L1B on 10/23/2011. My company applied for new H1B and it got approved. I have the original document. Is there anything that I should do in this scenario.

Generally, if a change of status petition was filed and approved, the beneficiary should have received an I-797 Approval Notice with an attached I-94. The change of status from L1B to H1B will automatically commence pursuant to the validity dates of the I-797. Unless the beneficiary will be or is traveling abroad, nothing further needs to be done.
