Redli
Hi , I would max-out my L1B on 10/23/2011. My company applied for new H1B and it got approved. I have the original document. Is there anything that I should do in this scenario. Link to comment
Attorney_22
Generally, if a change of status petition was filed and approved, the beneficiary should have received an I-797 Approval Notice with an attached I-94. The change of status from L1B to H1B will automatically commence pursuant to the validity dates of the I-797. Unless the beneficiary will be or is traveling abroad, nothing further needs to be done. If you have additional questions, or the above scenario does not match your particular set of circumstances, please contact a qualified U.S. immigration attorney. Link to comment
