bmanju Posted June 15, 2011 Report Share Posted June 15, 2011 Hi, I am on H1B and on medical leave now, but planing on applying for H4. I am thinking to quit the job after i get the H4 approval i.e informing the employer only after the H4 approval so that if the H4 gets denied i can still be on H1 with the same employer. my question is whether it is possible to stay on H1 in case H4 gets denied please help thanks in advance.
