I140 - Promotion, while waiting for 485.

Hello All - My Labor was filed in March / 2008. My company filed my 140 in Sept / 2008 and its approved - Waiting to file 485.

I recently got promoted from a Senior Software Engineer to Technology Manager. Most of my job duties are the same. I was managing the team for the past 2 years, the title change came in recently.

Would you think it will affect my 485? Should I start making a case for a new petition? I already got my H1 extended beyond 6 years based on the 140 approval. I have time till Sept/2012 on H1.

Please Advice.
