Transfer H1B

Hi Experts,

i just recently got my current H1B Extension on PP. now im planing to get a full time offer, the new company is ready to process my H1B Transfer. is that really advisable,

somebody please provide me the valuable suggestion.

In general, as long as one is maintaining their H1B status in the US, then it should not matter that a new employer files their H1B change of employer petition soon after an extension was approved with a current employer.
