DS156 form arrest yes/no? After the expungement of Non-conviction

Dear Friends/ Murthy Attorneys,

I was arrested on a Misdemeanor charge, which eventually got dismissed (I was not convicted). I had also expunged my arrest records.

Now I am planning to go for my H1 Visa stamping and I have a question on filling the DS-156 form, which has a line item that asks whether the applicant is ever arrested before. Should I say Yes or No to that option as my arrest records were expunges and I was not convicted.

Anyone who had similar experience, if you could please share, I really appreciate it.
