h1b denied

hi,

I had my h1b transferred from company A ( I 94 validation till 2013 August) to Company B.

Now with Company B there was rfe and my current employer which is Company B submitted all the documents with respect RFE but uscis gave a deniel notification.

the deniel notice is yet to come with the details.

My concern is:

1. upon deniel can we appeal through MTR or AAO.

2. WHAT IS MTR AND AAO.

3. Whether i am still in status since i have the h1b i 94(till 2013 aug) from company A.

4. can i file a new h1b with company B.

5.How to find out if the company A has cancelled my H1b since i am no longer working with

company A.

6. can i file a new h1b with the reciept of Company B and paystubs of company B as iam still working for company B on a client place.

Please help me..i really appreciate .
