I have an EAD from 2008 (approved 140-in 2007 oct) from employer A.

I joined Emp B for porting from EB3 to EB2.

I have some misunderstandings with B as he is not in good terms with me.

Presently I have my Labor for EB2(just got approved).

If in case My I-140 for EB2 get approved and 485 get ported,..

WHat is the worst this B can do?

If 485 after 140 porting can be spoiled by employer?? Worst case what B can do..Removing the I 140(EB2?)

In such event will my 485 and 140-EB3 will be still valid with a new EVL from another employer?

OR only I140(EB3) will be valid?
