Am i eligible for EB2 processing

I'm a H1B holder and I came here for work on Oct 2010.

I have the following qualifications:

1996 : BA in Political Science

2000 : PGDCA from ER & DC

2004 : Msc Information systems and applications.

I have 11 years of Experience and I joined this company after 6 years of after my Msc.

My Wage Level is II and Prevailing Wage is 55411.

My Salary is 80,000/ Year.

Am I eligible for EB2 processing?
