kashyap1980 Posted September 22, 2011 Report Share Posted September 22, 2011 I applied for Premium Processing and the status on USCIS site shows as " Acceptance" since Sept 14th. Its 1 week now and the status has not yet changed. My visa expires on Sept 28th. Any help whom do I contact for this issue? Thanks, Kashyap Link to comment
Rose123 Posted September 22, 2011 Report Share Posted September 22, 2011 Don't worry, u r safe. some times the database is not getting updated. my application was approved and got documents as well.. online still shows acceptance. for me it took 13 businessdays. online still shows case is under processing. U are safe becoz u applied before ur I-94 CARD expires. u will know the result. don't panic. Link to comment
