You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283. All the status circles (Acceptance, Initial Review, Decision, Post decision acitivy) are grayed out. Please advise! Link to comment
jaheerabbas Posted August 2, 2011 Report Share Posted August 2, 2011 Hello , It means that the documents are in transit and you will be receiving with in 30 days max. By any chance if you have moved/relocated before you received , call the customer service so as to update the new address to resend by office again if you haven't received the documents . All greys indicate that the case is processed and send and the case is closed - not sure why all it should be only grey for decision . thanks/ Link to comment
