the2mak
Hi there, I have my stamping appointment in Matamoros, Mexico on Sept 7th. But, I just noticed that passport number in my I-129 application has a typo(It is entered E4773345 where it should be E4774435). Will this be a problem with PIMS check? If yes, how can this be corrected? How long the correction process would take? Appreciate if experts can provide some insight here. Thanks! Link to comment

the2mak
I spoke to my legal experts. They called USCIS and took care of this issue. My attorney issued a new page (1st page in I-129) with corrected information that will replace the existing page in my documentation. Not bad as I thought it would be like filing amendment and all!
