EAD AP Concurrent efile help

Hi,

My EAD and AP is expring in Nov,2011 (family based). So today i have efiled and got the receipt numbers from the site.

1. For AP form there is question, write in a paper, how you are eligible for AP?

2. What is documentation required for both?

3. Do i need to send the documents in differently for EAD and AP or in the same cover?

4. I live in Plano, Tx, which lockbox do i need to send that package/

Assuming you marked up correct eligibility category in the petition, you do not have to send any supporting documents.
