H4 VISA - for registered marriage at court

Hi,

I am doing registered marriage, so could you suggest what all document I will need to provide for H4 formality. Mandantory and Supporting docs ?

I have this concern as no relatives will be invited , as it's not traditional marriage so no ceremony photoes, no invitaion card can make avail. And these are all docs mentioned in many sites for VISA interview.

Please suggest soon, as I am getting marry in 2 weeks.

you can still take a picture at the office where you are going to get married.

you will need the marriage certificate.

I attended the interview

1. I had 3 payslips but the consular asked me whole 1.5 yr payslips

2. I had tax returns of 3 yrs (though it has W-2 form details) but they asked me all 3 yrs W-2 form copies

asked me to submit these docs to VFS, which I did.

they can ask for any documents which are not mentioned on their site in man or supporting document list

I am also planning a COURT Marriage but i am not sure how long it takes to get the marriage certificate. Did u get a marriage certificate right away after court marriage or u had to wait for some time ?
