JCGC78
I work in State A and my spouse works in State B. I have an apartment in State A and my spouse and I own a house in State B. I travel back and forth, but have the option of working from home 40% of the time. My employer recently filed for my PERM (address mentioned on the PERM is my rented apartment in State A) and also my latest AR11 form has my State A apartment. My spouses priority date is July 2007, we are hoping that it would become current soon. When that happens, what address should I report? If its better to report a common address (house we own in State B), then I was thinking of sending the AR11 form? Will there be any issue if we both have different addresses? Link to comment
Belle
Your spouse should put his/her address on the petition. If the USCIS asks why the addresses are different (which is unlikely), s/he should provide an explanation. Link to comment
