Today i got update from USCIS (my company communicated with them)saying they are processing August 21,2010 applications now at Texas Center. I need to file my 8th year extension on or before Aug 28,2011. please advice me can i go for the I-140 premium processing. so that i can get 3 year extension. Mine is still showing initial review while I see some Nov filings getting approved from TSC. I don't understand how TSC is processing applications.
