I am planning on going for H1B stamping in Matamoros Mexico with a I797 from September 2011 to Septmeber 2012. In the list of documents required, it says that i need to have a passport that is valid 6 months beyond the date of H1B approval. Will this be a problem for me? Please advice. Link to comment
