Belle
If you have not filed an AC21 reuqest for this change, it may lead to issues. You should talk to a qualified attorney. Link to comment
SRRV
May be you can ask for the joining date after a month, so that you can get 2 months with your sponsoring employer after GC approval. Well ... it is recommeneded for 3 to 6 months, but, technically speaking, yes you may leave your sponsoring employer even now. You may be asked for the reason, when you apply for citizenship .. later down the lane. If you are not bothered about the citizenship, just go ahead and switch the employer. ..just my thought, SRRV Link to comment

Belle
You can file an AC21 request as soon as you have a job offer. Link to comment
magik
Thanks SRRV and Belle. SRRV: I may need to go with your option... Belle: There wont be any issues in future if we go for AC21 when the Priority dates are current. Thanks. Link to comment
