My passport was expiring in January 2011 and the CBP office put a date of Jan 5th 2011 on I94 even though i have a valid I797 till November 2011. I contacted my lawyer and he has recommended filing for my 7th year extension in Nunc Pro Tunc way. i will be doing premium processing, but not sure if this will be successful Anyone gone thru similar experience? please share Link to comment
