boulder Posted June 7, 2011 Report Posted June 7, 2011 My H1b non cap application(F1 to H1b) was filed and received my USCIS on April 8th 2011. It has been 2 months and there is no update on my case. It was regular filling in CA Service centre. Is anybody sailing in the same boat? Thanks

boulder Posted June 9, 2011 Author Report Posted June 9, 2011 I guess than extension is different than issuing a new H1b even when it is cap- exempt. I am so damn annoyed with the process now.
